Haulva was founded in July 2026 in Hanoi, Vietnam. It did not start as a startup idea — it started as a tool for a real Vietnamese trucking operation that was drowning in spreadsheets, Zalo messages and paper trip sheets. The dispatchers needed one place to see every trip; the accountants needed to know what each trip actually earned; the drivers needed something simpler than a phone call for every update.
So we built it. Then the fleets around us asked for it too.
Haulva is fleet management software for small and mid-size trucking companies — typically 5 to 100 vehicles. Dispatch, drivers, customers and money run in one system: a dispatch board for the office, a browser app for drivers on their phones, a portal where customers track their own freight, and trip-level finance that shows what each trip earned. One plan, everything included: $20 per vehicle per year.
